Steedle Moving & Storage, Inc. has proudly been a family-owned and operated business since its foundation in 1918 by George D. Steedle, under the name Steedle’s Express. George and his wife Dorcus C. ran the company with offices in Riverton, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, and New York City, NY, until George’s passing in 1972. From 1972 to 1979, the company was under the leadership of Monroe O. Steedle and his wife Joan L., operating out of Riverton, New Jersey.
In 1979, Scott A. Steedle and Denise T. Steedle, parents of Patrick Steedle, took over the company, expanding its operations in Palmyra, Camden, and West Deptford, New Jersey. Patrick Steedle began his career with the company in 2001, bringing fresh energy and new perspectives. Continuing the family legacy, Patrick purchased the company in 2014, becoming the fourth-generation family owner and leading Steedle Moving & Storage, Inc. into a new era of growth and customer service excellence.
